David Vercruysse has a combined experience of twenty-five years in the music and television industry. David has worked as Chief Executive Officer for celebrities such as Mickey Gilley and Moe Bandy. He has also worked with entertainers such as Eddie Rabbit, Johnny Lee, and Mel Tillis to name a few. He was the C.E.O for Gilley’s Texas Cafes and Mickey Gilley Entertainment. David now is the Managing Member of VSaR, LLC, which owns and created the concept television show “America is it a Hit?” David is also the Co-founder of AnR Records, and A102 Studios Productions which are just a few of the entertainment companies that are owned by “Hit Song Holdings”

Rick Stevens has 23 years experience in music industry in the areas of concert promotion and production, record label management, publishing, recording artist, songwriter, road manager, record producer, and sponsorship acquisition. Rick now is one of the Managing Member of VSaR, LLC, which owns and co-created the concept television show “America is it a hit?” Rick is the Managing Member and founder of AnR Records, and a managing member of A102 Studios Productions, just a few of the entertainment companies which are owned by “Hit Song Holdings”. He also has a career in the financial services industry and has handled marketing in both the entertainment arena and in corporate America. Additionally, Rick has promoted concerts featuring artists such as Alabama, Hank Jr., Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, The Judd’s, Steve Wariner, George Jones, Marty Stuart, Tracy Byrd, Bryan White, Johnny Rodriguez, Lone Star, Ricochet, Clint Black, Wynonna, Merle Haggard, Martina McBride, Billy Ray Cyrus, and others. He has excelled in virtually every facet of the entertainment industry and is ideally suited to make this venture a success.

He is also the co-Founder, President & CEO of Biomedical Decision Support (BabyWeightFinder.com) a company that has developed a highly reliable method for predicting a baby's birthweight 11 weeks before delivery to avoid serious complications for both mom and baby. Cohen has the added credits of co-founding, managing and selling two medtech start-ups in Silicon Valley, and is an active angel investor and a limited partner in two Silicon Valley venture capital funds. Previously, Cohen was the head of Coopers & Lybrand's West Coast Life Sciences Consulting Practice.
