Industry Meetings

America is is a Hit producers have been busy meeting with executives at performance rights organizations (PROs) in New York and Nashville. Reps at ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC are as excited as we are about America is it a Hit! As you probably know, PROs handle royalty collection for songwriters and publishers and are an integral part of bringing the song to the public. Some of the royalties handled by the PROs come from radio or television play, others come from individuals and businesses who use copyrighted works publicly, such as shopping malls and dining restaurants. Most songwriters and publishers have an agreement with one of the PROs, and we are excited to have the interest, cooperation and support of the great people at SESAC and ASCAP,
